It all started in a mall kitchen equipment store in Lexington. From what he recalls, Mark was just killing time that day, and as luck would have it, that little kitchen store was sponsoring a mall-wide chocolate chip cookie contest. Sensing his innate passion, Mark's manager encouraged him to participate and create a cookie recipe of his own. After countless hours in his own kitchen, Mark had finally developed a recipe he felt confident in: a fusion of white chocolate chips & Hershey milk chocolate chunks with a dash of Irish Cream.
